About Ananya
My journey in psychology has always been driven by a desire to understand human behavior through both scientific insight and lived experience. Over the years, this curiosity has evolved into a genuine passion for helping others build self-awareness, emotional understanding, and psychological clarity. My experience teaching school and undergraduate students, both independently and through structured programs has shaped my approach to be holistic, reflective, and deeply student-focused. I aim to create a learning space where psychology is not just studied, but truly understood — in ways that connect theory with real-world relevance.
