About Madison
My name is Madison, and I bring a strong background in special education along with hands-on experience supporting elementary-aged students across core subjects. I am dedicated to providing thoughtful, structured, and individualized academic support that meets students where they are while helping them grow in confidence and independence.
I understand that every child learns differently, and I take pride in creating a calm, supportive learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and build skills at their own pace. I approach tutoring with professionalism, patience, and a genuine commitment to each student’s success, working closely with families to ensure consistent and meaningful progress.

I use special education strategies to provide patient, structured, and personalized support for elementary students. My lessons focus on breaking skills into manageable steps, building confidence, and helping students truly understand their work—not just complete it.
A typical session includes a brief check-in, guided instruction, supported practice, and time for independent work. I tailor each lesson to the student’s learning style and needs.
I specialize in elementary homework support for reading, writing, and math, and work well with students who need extra encouragement, structure, or repetition, including those with IEPs.
I have a background in special education and experience supporting elementary-aged students in reading, writing, and math. For the past five years I’ve worked with students who need extra structure, patience, and individualized support, including those with IEPs and learning differences.
I understand how to adapt instruction, break down concepts, and build confidence while helping students develop independence and success in their schoolwork.
