About Carrie
Hi, I’m Carrie! I’m a TEFL-certified teacher with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. I’ve taught English to children online and reading and writing in elementary classrooms. I love finding the moment when a skill starts to click for a student.
I’m patient, encouraging, and organized, and I take time to understand how each child learns best. Whether your child is building confidence speaking English or needs extra support with reading, I’ll meet them where they are and celebrate their progress along the way.

I offer online Reading and English lessons for children learning English and Research based reading support for elementary students. I start by getting to know each child’s strengths, goals, and interests, then tailor lessons to help them feel comfortable and make progress.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review, followed by a focused skill taught through conversation, reading, games, or interactive activities. We finish with practice and clear feedback so your child knows what they did well and what to work on next. As a TEFL-certified elementary teacher with experience teaching English online, I bring patience, structure, and energy to every lesson.
