About Brandon
I am currently 20 y/o pursuing my dream to become an educator. I spend a lot of time working with students and professionals during the week creating lessons that I deliver to my students. However, school is not my whole life as everyone needs a break. In my free time, I enjoy doing lots of activities outdoors such as hiking, camping, and playing with my dog. I love the mountains and will escape there any chance I can get, my favorite place is Cherokee, NC. In addition, I also love to spend time with my family and friends when I can.

During my 2 years of experience both in the classroom and tutoring students, I find that an individualized approach works best. Every student has different needs and learns in a variety of different ways. I have experience working with a variety of different students from many different schooling backgrounds. However, most of my experience is working one on one with primarily homeschooled students. I have tutored with a variety of different curriculums including the NCSCOS and Eureka math and phonics. Mathematics is the subject I work with the most in grades K-6.

I have used Brandon it the past he taught my grandchildren and did a very good job helping them were they need it he is very reliable and trustworthy the kids loved him
I have worked with Brandon for a couple of months now, he has helped tutor my son in mathematics. Me and my partner both work full time and we homeschool our kids. We feel as if we let them down at time by not being able to fully commit time to help them in the areas they struggle most. Brandon has been able not not only solo in on where our student needs the most support and help them but also he gave us multiple resources to help when he is not here to help. My favorite thing though is how he makes it fun and tries to tie in things our son enjoys into his work. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a tutor in math.
