About Kieran
I am a former U16 Singapore Chess National Team player, as well as part of the SJI Chess Team.
I learned chess at a young age and coaching my juniors would be a meaningful way of passing on the knowledge I have.
Having played many tournaments since I was 12, I understand the challenges that many aspiring young chess players would face. This makes me better equipped to help the player grow in the game of chess.

Hi, my name is Kieran and I provide beginner chess coaching for kids 6-12 years old.
A typical length of lesson would be 1-2 hours, with $25 per hour. We would be working on tactics, understanding opening strategy and playing training games.
I am free on Mondays past 6pm, Thursdays past 5pm and Saturday morning and afternoon.
I am offering a free trial (1h) first lesson for you to assess the suitability of my coaching.
