About Celia
With 10 years of piano teaching experience, I have worked with students from schools, colleges, and professional backgrounds. My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, creativity, and personalized learning. I believe every student learns differently, so I create lessons tailored to individual goals while keeping learning fun and effective. I follow a step-by-step teaching method, starting from basics like hand position, finger strength, rhythm, and reading notes. Lessons are structured but flexible. I communicate each concept clearly using simple explanations and demonstrations. I make sure students fully understand before moving forward.
I listen carefully to my students and adapt lessons according to their progress and interests. Open communication helps me understand their challenges and learning style. I give regular feedback and practical tips so students know exactly how to improve.
Apart from piano performance, I teach music theory, scales, chords, timing, and basic improvisation. These subjects help students become complete musicians, not just players. I also help students develop good practice habits and time management skills.
