I am currently a full-time professional guitarist, songwriter, and producer with a focus in alternative/indie pop, dance, and r&b. I'm a guitarist by trade, and have been in music over 12 years, and producing music to some degree for 10 of those years.

I try to relate to each student individually, and start by getting to know where they're at currently with their guitar playing skills and where they want to be after taking lessons. After that, we move together at whatever pace the student is capable of and comfortable with! These lessons are for anyone -- people looking to take their guitar playing to the "next level" or beginners who have never started!

Perfect! He just meets you at your level and takes something extremely complicated and intimidating and makes it feel simple. Excited to keep learning!!!
Perfect! Very insightful, learned a lot about music theory in such a short time frame! I felt like i got what I wanted out of this experience and he made me feel super excited about learning the guitar. I think he is the perfect teacher. Someone who is knowledgable in music in general but someone who actually lives and breathes it on the daily. Great guy.

Perfect! My first lesson with Ari couldn't have gone better! He's super chill and easy going, and put me at ease right away. He took just enough time to assess my ability and then we got right into playing. The pacing of the lesson felt just right. Ari explained everything clearly without overcomplicating the concepts. I felt listened to and never overwhelmed. At the end he sent me off with a clear plan on what and how to practice. I can't wait for the next lesson!

Can’t speak highly enough of Ari. He goes above and beyond to make sure his students are really grasping the material he is teaching. He takes the time to sit and go over questions, while also spending extra time to focus on more rigorous areas of coursework. If I could give him 6 stars I would!
The way that Ari is able to explain difficult concepts into an easy to understand format, really helps you grasp and learn so much easier. If anyone gets the chance to have him as a tutor, take it!
Ari really took the time to understand where my skills were before we started lessons and made clear path on how we could achieve where I wanted to get to. He was very patient with me on things I didn’t understand well and did a great job at simplifying things when needed. He helped me gain confidence in myself and my skills. Would highly recommend Ari as your teacher!
