About Alyssa
I am a college student majoring in Education. I spent one year working for a non-profit in a grade school (Pre-K - 8th grade) as an English tutor and mentor for students. I worked wit I ran two after school programs including homework help. I also have experience running after school programming for Girl Scouts.

My approach is individual. When working on improving reading and writing you have the wonderful opportunity to read and write about things that interest you. First thing I like to do is get to know the student as a person and then use that information to tailor the experience to their interests.
