About Aria
My interest in economics began with curiosity about how societies allocate resources and the effects of policy on daily life. Over nine years, I have guided students to understand economic principles, apply them to real-world contexts, and develop analytical confidence. Teaching economics allows me to combine theory, discussion, and application to foster both competence and curiosity. I emphasize a structured, patient, and personalized teaching style. Lessons are adapted to individual needs, incorporating case studies, problem-solving, and discussions. I encourage students to think critically, ask questions, and apply knowledge independently, fostering both understanding and self-assurance. Outside of teaching, I stay informed about economic research, market trends, and educational strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Economics is more than a subject I teach — it is a framework for understanding the world, and sharing that perspective with students is deeply rewarding.

Economics is presented as a subject that examines choices, resource allocation, and market interactions in real-world contexts. Lessons focus on connecting theory to practice, helping students analyse and evaluate economic phenomena with clarity and confidence. I create an engaging, structured, and interactive environment where learners can discuss ideas, test hypotheses, and see the relevance of economics in everyday life. By encouraging critical thinking and application, students develop both understanding and problem-solving skills.
The teaching progression is tailored by level. Beginners study fundamental concepts such as scarcity, opportunity cost, supply and demand, and market mechanisms. Intermediate learners explore elasticity, market structures, fiscal and monetary policies, and national income. Advanced students analyse international trade, development economics, and applied economic models. Case studies, graphical analysis, and problem-solving exercises are integrated at each stage to strengthen comprehension, practical skills, and exam readiness.
Economics also nurtures analytical reasoning, decision-making, and critical awareness. Students learn to evaluate data, interpret outcomes, and approach problems systematically.
