About Rachel
I hold a B.A in Economics and an M.Sc in Applied Economics, which provided me with strong theoretical knowledge and applied analytical skills. Over 9 years of teaching, I have worked with students from diverse academic backgrounds, helping them understand complex economic ideas through structured and patient guidance. This experience has shaped my ability to simplify abstract concepts without losing depth. My teaching style is calm, organised, and student-focused. I believe economics becomes meaningful when students understand connections between theory and real-world application. I encourage discussion, questioning, and independent reasoning so learners gain confidence in their analytical abilities. Beyond teaching, I remain engaged with economics through policy analysis, economic reading, and research discussions. This keeps my lessons relevant and insightful.
