About Thalia
I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and have 9 years of experience teaching students from different academic backgrounds. My interest in understanding markets and economic systems led me to pursue teaching as a profession. I believe that economics should be taught in a simple and relatable way so students can connect it to everyday life. My teaching style focuses on clarity, patience, and building confidence step by step.
I adapt my teaching approach based on each student’s needs and pace of learning. Beginners are guided carefully to build a strong foundation, while intermediate learners improve their analytical skills and understanding. Advanced students focus on deeper learning and exam strategies. I create a positive environment where students feel comfortable practicing regularly and improving steadily.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy following economic trends and reading real-world case studies, which helps me bring practical insights into my lessons. This keeps learning relevant and engaging. Helping students understand economics and apply it confidently is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My economics lessons are designed to help students understand concepts clearly and connect them to real-world situations. I focus on microeconomics, macroeconomics, demand and supply, market structures, and economic policies so students can build a strong foundation. Lessons include explanations, graphs, case studies, and discussions that make learning practical and engaging. I create a structured and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas in depth.
Lessons are planned according to each student’s level and academic goals. Beginners start with basic concepts and simple explanations to build understanding. Intermediate learners focus on applying concepts, interpreting graphs, and improving analytical thinking. Advanced students work on detailed analysis, case studies, and exam preparation. Each lesson includes revision and feedback to ensure steady progress and improved performance.
The goal of my economics lessons is to help students think logically and understand how economic systems function. They learn to analyze situations, interpret data, and apply concepts confidently in exams and real-life contexts.
