 Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.  NO-SHOW lessons will be billed as if the lesson was taken.  Legitimate unforeseen problems such as internet problems will not be billed, but the student must make every effort to notify the teacher of the situation.  Late for lessons will be billed for the full time of the scheduled lesson.  Internet problems during the lesson will be billed as follows:  Less than 25 minutes at the beginning of the lesson, no charge  Less than 15 minutes lost at the end of the lesson, billed for the full lesson, but the teacher will arrange to make up the lost time by an early start or a late finish on the next lesson.  25-45 minutes taken, billed for 30 minutes
