As a piano teacher with 7 years of experience, my approach is centered around fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of music. Here's how I go about it:
1. Teaching Techniques and Methods: I believe in a well-rounded approach that combines traditional and modern teaching techniques. I focus on fundamentals such as music theory, technique, sight-reading, and ear training. Additionally, I incorporate interactive multimedia resources to make learning engaging and fun.
2. Usual Class Structure: Each class typically begins with a warm-up and a review of previous lessons. We then move on to new concepts, practicing pieces, and discussing music theory.
