About Carla Rodrigues
Through Yoga we are able to focus on ourselves, even if it is twice a week! In addition to the training I have as an instructor in the Fitness area, I did two years ago a 200h Yoga Instructor training at the school of Professor Jean Pierre de Oliveira, recognized by the Yoga Alliance. This latest learning has changed my approach to the training plan, whether you are a personalized training client or personalized Yoga or in small groups. Currently, I teach yoga in small spaces and in gyms and also give individual sessions of functional training / fitness and Yoga.
