About Kristi
I am a teacher, that not only EDUCATES my students, but reassures them, and gives confidence. I have 25+ years of primary school teaching, with a wealth of knowledge in Reading & Language Arts. I use a program that assists students in internalizing skills and rules of language. These qualities are crucial in creating a positive learning environment. I will continuously foster a sense of trust and respect between me and the student.

I teach from a journal writing method, READ TO WRITE…WRITE TO READ where students internalize the writing process, 5 genres of writing and many more. Students will build a wealth of words and learn valuable skills that will carry over into many other subjects!! Most students will read 2-3 grades above their average level.
