About William
As an experienced tutor, I, William Cummings, am deeply committed to guiding my students in their journey of learning history. I hold a Master's degree in History and a Bachelor's degree in Education, both from the University of Missouri (Mizzou). With over 8 years of teaching experience, I have honed my approach to accommodate diverse learning styles and meet the individual needs of my students.
I bring history to life by utilizing modern technological tools and innovative teaching strategies, such as virtual reality and multimedia presentations, alongside traditional teaching methods. My expertise extends beyond the classroom as well, having helped prepare students for AP History exams and supported college-level learners in their studies.
Throughout my teaching career, I have consistently demonstrated my professionalism, competence, and commitment to student success. I believe in fostering an environment that not only facilitates learning but also instills a genuine passion for history.
