About Leah
At sixth form, I tutored lower-school students as a part of a mentoring scheme wherein I provided support to students with their History, English and Spanish lessons. In this role I worked with students of a wide range of abilities, and as a result I have learnt flexibility and I am able to adjust to individual needs.

In sessions, I will have already prepared a rough timetable for that lesson based on what I intend to cover with the student. There will be time allocated to go over homework where needed, and time left for questions at the end. Where necessary (particularly for history), the session will be split into two, with half of it for content on the course and half of it on question response technique.
When learning history content, I try make things as fun and engaging as possible: A Level students will actively engage with historical debate in order to get the top marks.
