About Simone
Simone Trabison is an experienced guitarist with over thirty years of live performance and music teaching.
Aged ten, he began his classical guitar training. Over the years he has explored and studied all styles from the blues to rock n' Roll.
Simone has supported many Irish bands playing lead guitar. He is currently the manager of the Back in Time trio.
For the past sixteen years Simone has been been teaching acoustic, electric and classical guitar in Ireland preparing students for their RGT and RIAM exams. Simone is a graduate of Dublin City University where he earned a degree in Jazz and Contemporary Music Performance. Simone has also studied finger-picking technique attending master classes at home and abroad with international artists such as Tommy Emmanuel, Monte Montgomery, Massimo Varini and many others.
In the past Simone also played support for music legends such as Joe Coker, Chris Rea, Joe Bonamassa and Andy J.Forest at the famous Italian Pistoia Blues Festival. Simone comes from the Italian island of Elba in the Tuscan region, an area rich in musical tradition.
