About Nicolas
I have been playing and teaching drums, percussion and musical language for 25 years. I have played in the most important festivals in Europe, America and the Middle East. Higher Degree in Interpretation of Modern Music and Jazz from the Liceu Conservatory of Barcelona. Classical percussion training, without a degree but 10 years linked to the percussion chair at the Uruguay University School of Music. Extensive teaching activity detailed in the curriculum (Yamaha Music School of Montevideo, Escola Municipal de Esplugues de Llobregat, Escola Municipal de la Vall del Tenes, Escola de Musica Tritò de Barcelona, among others. As a musician I have worked with leading national and world-class artists : Mino Cinellu (percussionist for Miles Davis, Sting, etc), Amit Chatterjee (guitar for Jeo Zawinul), Badal Roy (percussionist for Miles Davis), Hadrien Ferraud (bassist for Chick Corea), Luis Salinas, Concha Buika, Antonio Serrano ( harmonica by Paco de Lucia) Javier Limón (producer of Paco de Lucia) Jorge Pardo (saxophone by Paco de Lucia).
