About Julia
Hello! My name is Julia, and I’m a professional artist and experienced art teacher. I offer drawing, painting, and composition lessons in Russian. My classes are suitable for both children and adults, from beginners to those who already have some experience. In our lessons, we will focus on academic art fundamentals: line, shape, light and shadow, perspective, color, and composition. I adapt my teaching approach to each student’s level and goals, whether it’s learning to draw from scratch, improving artistic technique, or preparing a portfolio. I create a supportive and friendly learning environment, helping you gain confidence and enjoy the creative process. I teach in Russian. I also speak English at an intermediate level (B1), which allows me to provide basic explanations to English-speaking students if needed. I offer personalized art lessons focused on academic drawing, painting, and composition. My teaching is based on classical methods but adapted to each student’s level and goals — from complete beginners to more experienced learners.
Lessons are held in Russian and can include sketching, working with pencil, ink, watercolor, and exploring color theory and composition. I explain everything in a clear and simple way, helping students to progress with confidence.
Whether you’re a child, teenager, or adult, I’ll help you build artistic skills step by step, enjoy the process, and create meaningful artwork.
Classes are available online. Materials used can be discussed based on your preferences and tools available at home.
