I have extensive experience in acting, directing and dramaturgy. I taught high school theatre for four years. I received my Master's degree in Theatre Studies. My published thesis was based on teaching a variety of directorial methods

I start all classes with some form of creating, through either writing or improv exercises. Then we work with text, viewing the piece through different lenses. I introduce a variety of directorial and acting techniques to aid the actor in working with the text. The class ends with reflection and a homework assignment to work on for the next session.
