My tutoring style is supportive, interactive, and tailored to each student’s goals. I focus on building confidence through conversation, real-life topics, and creative activities—drawing from my background as a drama and music coach to keep lessons engaging and expressive. A typical lesson lasts 50–60 minutes and includes a mix of speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary, all adapted to the student’s level and interests. I hold a TEFL qualification and have classroom experience teaching music and acting to children and teens, which has strengthened my communication and group management skills. I also have experience preparing students for GCSE English Language and Literature exams (AQA and Edexcel), helping them improve both their conversational skills and their exam performance. Whether it's strengthening spoken English for fluency or refining writing skills for the exams, I tailor lessons to ensure students are ready for both everyday conversations and academic assessments. My lessons are ideal for beginner to intermediate learners, especially teenagers and adults looking to improve fluency, confidence, or achieve success in their GCSE exams.
