About Liam
I have completed a PhD at the University of Oxford, having also completed a Master's in Medieval Studies at the University of Oxford. For my undergraduate degree I read Medieval History and Theology at the University of St Andrews, gaining a first class degree as well as two prizes for my dissertation. I have experience giving tutorials and talks at the University of Oxford.
My book 'The Salvation of the Involuntarily Ignorant in Medieval Theology' is due to be published by Oxford University Press in the Oxford Theology and Religion Monographs series this year.

I take a holistic approach, tailoring my methods to the needs of each student in order to deliver the best possible outcome. My approach focuses upon enabling the student to engage deeply with the subject material in order to stimulate their independent thought. In this regard, my teaching style is modelled upon the tutorial system of Oxford University, for which I draw upon my experience of delivering tutorials to students at the university. I am highly flexible as to subject and course materials, and I am able to teach in line with any desired syllabus. A lesson typically lasts for one hour, although a longer lesson can be arranged. I am able to teach at GCSE, A level and University level.
