About Sergio
I am a graduate in Physics and Mathematics born in Madrid, but who studied at the University of Granada. I have done an exchange in Lausanne, Switzerland and another in Padua, Italy and I have completed a Master's Degree in Advanced Mathematics. I am currently studying a Master's Degree in Advanced Physics. I have experience giving private lessons in Granada, Madrid and Switzerland, since 2018. I have also had very enriching experiences giving online classes. Although it is not my main occupation at the moment, I have always been passionate about teaching.
In all cases the results have been satisfactory. My methodology is based on teaching how to think so that the student knows how to find the answer autonomously, instead of giving him the answer directly. There is nothing more logical than mathematics.
I have worked with students from ESO, high school and first years of university. I offer a free first hour. In the first session I would like to talk about the student's expectations and find a work plan, as well as give a short class to show my way of explaining and see if it is to their liking.
I would like to be able to give classes with the same student over a long period of time, rather than preparing for a specific exam, although I am open to anything. That is why I can offer class vouchers, which will make the classes more affordable. In addition, those students who commit to a long-term commitment will receive totally personalized treatment, with individually prepared exercises and their corrections.
What I do best is teach maths and physics, especially for high school and compulsory secondary education, but I can easily teach science subjects (for example chemistry) for high school and compulsory secondary education or at the level of the first years of university. Details
All online classes are subject to a 10% discount.
The application of a travel fee, and if applicable, its amount will be considered for each particular situation. This will be a fixed amount per session, regardless of the class duration.
I offer a fixed monthly fee model. By paying a fixed fee of €48 per month, you get each class hour for just €10. Additionally, only under this format will you receive fully personalized attention. You can ask questions via WhatsApp or email, and if necessary, I will prepare exercises for you to practice, which I will correct.
