About Ramon
I graduated in Gastronomy from SENAC schools, Estácio de Sá University and Alain Ducasse Formation, as well as a specialization in Fiocruz. I have been working for 10 years in this market, being the beginning at Bars, Restaurants and Hotels networks. In the last 5 years I have been directed to the area of healthy cooking, because I am an athlete and my income depends on the way I feed myself. Since 2015 I have noticed the opportunity to teach courses and private lessons directed to Healthy Food and I ended up moving away from the area where I started.
