About Brinett
Nine years ago I was TOFI (Thin outside Fat Inside), hated anything to do with aerobic activity, and with very low enthusiasm towards health conscious food. Today, I am the fittest I have ever been. I’ve found joy in using my own experience and qualifications to help people just like you. I know exactly how you feel. I don’t have to try to put myself in your shoes… I have walked in your shoes and I can now help you turn your life around, too. I know for a fact you associating with 11th Rep will only be the beginning to achieving the benchmark towards your fitness goals
