I am an educational professional with a passion for improving education for all learners. With over seven years of experience in the classroom, I have developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs and challenges that learners face.
One of my strengths is my ability to empathize with students and create a positive and supportive learning environment. I firmly believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and it is my mission to help them reach their full potential.
I am a disciplined and dedicated educator, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to engage my students and enhance their learning. I create engaging lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual student. I pay close attention to data to refine each lesson to ensure students are mastering the skills and content provided. I tend to design my lessons based on the “I Do, We Do, You Do” approach. I believe it is crucial for students to see teachers model a skill, work together with the teacher, and then apply what they’ve learned to independently practice the skill.
