About Dr Madara
I am a Doctor of Psychology with research and teaching experience at university for B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. level students and professionals. Since October 2016, I have been successfully tutoring many UK/international students who required help with Data analysis, SPSS and other data analysis software, Statistics, Research Methods, and were looking for assistance with their research projects and theses. I have good knowledge of research methodology and data analysis (preferably with SPSS/R/RStudio/Minitab/Jasp/jamovi). I would love to help students with the knowledge I have online via Zoom. I can assist with the following data analysis methods for research projects/dissertations: Descriptive statistics Test of normality Outlier screening Reliability Assumption screening for a particular test T-tests Correlations Chi-square McNemar's test ANOVA MANOVA Linear regression Binary logistic regression Mediation and moderation analysis Survival analysis Linear mixed models Factor analysis e.t.c.

My teaching approach is student-centred. I take time to gather the information from the student regarding the assistance required and prepare to help them in the best possible way in order to achieve the best outcome. Although I have vast experience tutoring in person, currently I am offering mainly online lessons, face-to-face lessons are offered only on Wednesdays and the fee is £85/h The quality of the online lessons is the same as face-to-face lessons as students can share the screen and I can guide them.

Madara helped me with my statistical analyses for my thesis and I honestly wish I would have found her sooner. She is so calm and kind which really put me at ease. My analyses were quite complex (several mixed factorial analyses with a lot of variables) and she seemed to understand it so easily and was therefore able to help me make sense of it too. She doesn't just understand the basics of statistics but clearly is very good with more advanced and complex statistics too. If you're struggling or would just like some reassurance that you're on the right path then I would highly recommend her, it is so worth the investment. Thank you!

I am not offering the "first lesson" for free. Lessons are booked in advance via the Superprof booking system. You can request the time slot, or I can add the time slot, and it will require your confirmation. If you would like to have more lessons, you can buy a 5 or 10-lesson pack, and the fee per hour will be lower. I follow the 24-hour cancellation policy - you will still be charged for the lessons that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the planned time. I charge an extra £15 to accommodate an urgent request during the weekend or holiday. Thank you.
