About Angus
I am a chemist and experienced tutor/teacher, residing in Clayfield. I've obtained a PhD in Chemistry with a focus in Synthetic Inorganic Chemistry. I have spent the last 2 years working in France as a research chemist, and have just returned to Australia.
I have over 9 years of experience tutoring chemistry for a range of disciplines, both professionally through James Cook University, as well as privately, and received great feedback, as well as strong student improvement in both settings.

My teaching style focusses on application based learning, accompanied by development of fundamental skills and concepts, tailored to areas that you are having trouble with. A typical lesson would involve attempting practice problems, as well as discussing concepts to reinforce student understanding, alongside developing methods to approach and solve problems.
