I am a Doctor who turned into a Pastry Chef because of my immense passion for baking. I have a keen interest in Cake Decorating and the art of Gumpaste Flowers and Figures. Over the years I have worked on many Novelty and Custom Cakes with fondant and Gumpaste accents.
