About Yasmine
I’m Dr. Yasmine Riddick, DNP, CNL, CPN — a doctorate-prepared nursing faculty and Certified Pediatric Nurse with extensive experience in nursing education and clinical practice. For over a decade, I’ve worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including primary care, pediatrics, and community health. As a nursing faculty member, I have taught and mentored students in multiple courses, from fundamentals to advanced medical-surgical nursing, leadership, pharmacology, community health, and NCLEX preparation. Experience highlights: Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with strong academic and clinical expertise Extensive teaching experience in both classroom, clinical, and online environments Specialized skills in test-taking strategies for NCLEX Pediatric nursing certification and advanced functional medicine training Experience developing curricula, evaluating student performance, and guiding success plans My teaching approach is student-centered, supportive, and results-driven.
