About Kamala
I have 16 years of experience teaching Piano to college students and enjoy helping learners build both technical skills and musical confidence. My goal is to create a positive learning experience where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring music, and improving at their own pace.
My teaching style is student-focused and flexible. I understand that every learner has different strengths and challenges, so I customize lessons according to individual goals and learning speed. I use simple explanations and practical demonstrations to make every topic easy to understand, even for beginners.
One of the strengths of my teaching is using innovative learning methods that keep students engaged. I combine traditional piano lessons with interactive activities, digital learning resources, ear training, rhythm practice, song-based learning, and creative exercises. This balanced approach helps students understand theory while developing practical playing skills.
During lessons, students improve their finger technique, music reading, timing, chords, scales, posture, expression, and performance skills.
