About John
I am a committed and friendly drum tutor with 12 years of experience teaching students from beginner to advanced levels. I have successfully taught around 150 students and helped them develop solid rhythm skills and confidence behind the drums. My tutoring style is structured and flexible.
I design lessons according to each student’s ability and learning speed. Lessons begin with basic rhythm and coordination exercises, followed by advanced beats, fills, and musical understanding. I focus on building skills step by step. One of my key strengths is my patient and clear teaching style. I explain concepts simply and guide students through effective practice methods.
I also help students develop discipline and focus to support long-term growth. I believe learning drums should be positive and inspiring. I provide a supportive environment where students feel confident to learn and improve. My goal is to help students enjoy their drumming journey while building strong and lasting skills.
