About Gözde
• I have had yoga in my life for 9 years. I have been giving yoga classes as a yoga instructor for the last 5 years and I currently continue my group classes in a big and well-known yoga studio in İstanbul.
• These courses i offer consists of a combination of breathing techniques, meditation and different types of yoga.
• I completed my first 200 hour yoga teacher training at YogaŞala, Turkey's oldest and most rooted yoga school (YogaAlliance approved, 2018).
• Afterwards, I received Yin yoga specialization training and started giving yoga lessons in this field.
• After my second 200-hour mindfulness-based yoga teacher training in 2020, mindfulness practices were added to the basis of the lessons I gave.
• I intended to deepen my education in this field and completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Subsequently, I also completed a 65-hour training to deepen in the field of 'vinyasa yoga'. (Yogashala)
• In my own lessons; I create mindfulness-focused lesson flows where I combine hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga types as needed.

Perfect! Gözde hocadan online 5 derslik paket aldım. Bu derslerin son derece faydalı olduğunu 2. dersten sonra fark etmeye başladım. Bedenimdeki ağrılar azaldı ve isteğim doğrultusunda belirli bölgelere yönelik çalıştık Gözde hocayla. Kendisinin ayrıntılı anlatımı, bedenimi tanımam noktasında çok yardımcı oldu. Öğrenerek ilerlemek kendi bedenimle olan bağımı güçlendirdi diyebilirim. Henüz daha 1 dersimiz var ama ben 10 derslik paketle devam etme kararı aldım bile:) Kendisi yoga konusunda kesinlikle güvenebileceğiniz bir eğitmen.

Gözde hocamızdan aldığım yoga dersleri, aslında önyargılı yaklaştığım yogayı hayatımın parçası yapıp devam etmemi sağladı. Açık ve bedenimiz açısından güvenilir anlatımı her koşulda yogayla rahatlamızı ve bedenimize farkındalık kazanmamızı sağladı. Yogaya merakınız varsa gözünüz kapalı öğretimine güvenebilirsiniz!

2020 yılının sonbahar aylarında Gözde hoca ile koruda yin yogaya başladım. Dersleri öğle vakitlerinde yapıyorduk. Pandemi döneminde evden çalıştığım için ruhsal olarak dinlendirici bir öğle arası tatili geçirme imkanı buluyordum. Bilgisi ve hareketleri göstererek eşlik etmesi yogadan aldığım verimin yükselmesini sağlıyor. Kişisel uyumu ve sıcakkanlılığı da olumlu etken sağlıyor.

Geçtiğimiz yaz Gözde'nin birebir yin yoga derslerine katıldım. Öncesinde online yin yoga dersi deneyimim olmuştu ama birebir derslerin etkisi çok daha etkili ve faydalı geldi bana. Yin yoga genel olarak gevşememi ve enerjimin yükselmesini sağlıyor ama Gözde Hoca sırt ve belimdeki baskı ve ağrının azalması ve belli bölgeleri gevşetebilmem anlamında çok yardımcı olmuştu bana. Birebir dersler için kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Details
5-class package; 4750 TL and 10-class package; It is 9000 TL. Duration of lessons for a 5-lesson package; For 2 weeks, 10 lesson package; 6 weeks. We meet with a video call before participation. I care about learning about any injuries or injuries related to your body or the issues I need to support you while doing yoga. At the end of this meeting, I give you a small meditation as a gift, and depending on your participation decision, we start this journey with a professional program that we will create together.
If you cannot attend the courses in the program, you can notify me one day in advance. Otherwise, if the courses are canceled on the last day, they are deducted from the package.
