About Amaya
I've just finished my A-levels and have begun my gap year. I decided to take a year out in order to spend more time preparing for music conservatoire. I have been playing the cello since I was 5 years old, and take pride in being able to share it with others. I study with a Guildhall professor currently and am the principal of the LSSO

I believe in a close relationship between student and teacher, to better understand how the students best learn. I focus on building in technical accuracy so that students understand how their instrument works and can further their advancement. Lessons are 30-60 minutes depending on the students level and specific needs.
I’ve taught beginner cellists and helped those up to Grade 4 with assisted practice alongside their tutors. Personally, I am taught by a Guild Hall professor who is currently helping me prepare for conservatoire auditions
