About Olga
Over 22 years of experience in children’s dance education and pedagogy. Founder and Artistic director/Principal instructor’s Sport and Dance Club “Drive” Russia, Voronezh from 2013- present. Develop training programs, choreograph performances, and oversee the daily operations and artistic direction of the school. Manage a team of instructors and coordinate community events, recitals, and competitions.

My teaching methodology for young dancers focuses on structural precision, musicality, and positive reinforcement. At ages 7-10 years, children are developing critical body awareness and coordination.
I introduce foundational Vaganova principles by breaking movement down into simple components (mastering a correct demi-plié and posture before introducing turns). Imagery-based corrections: I translate abstract technical corrections into creative, physical imagery that children can immediately grasp (growing taller through the spine like a string pulling upward)
