I am Rana, and after training under me I will be like a ghost or nightmare which you would be thankful after getting a future success. The training could be extremely tough for those who are professional athletes and also extremely moderate for those who are just for fitness.

National medalist in boxing and athletics,
Karnataka state champion boxing : three times.
I've trained the state team of Himachal Pradesh. Currently I'm training with crossroad boxing promotions, Bangalore.
Those who are serious about getting a medal in boxing or making their career into pro boxing would be literally crawling post the training which I provide for them.
But for fitness boxing you need not worry because I won't provide the intensity levels as which I would be providing for those who are professionally into the sport of combat.
