My teaching method is highly practical and interactive, focusing on a hands-on approach to design. I believe in learning by doing, so I encourage students to actively work on projects that reflect real-world scenarios. I introduce design principles and software tools step by step, ensuring students have a solid grasp of foundational concepts such as layout, typography, color theory, and branding before moving on to more advanced topics. I use a combination of live demonstrations, guided projects, and constructive critique sessions to help students build their skills and confidence.
What sets me apart is my blend of creative and technical expertise, along with my ability to tailor lessons to each student's unique style and goals. I don’t just teach software; I focus on helping students develop a designer’s mindset, encouraging them to think critically and creatively about design solutions. My background in both freelance design and teaching gives me a comprehensive understanding of industry expectations, which I pass on to my students. I foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment, where students feel comfortable experimenting with new ideas and learning from mistakes.
My lessons are suitable for a variety of learners, from beginners who are just starting to explore graphic design.
