About Chief
A former Australian Army infantry soldier, I have dedicated close to 35 years to becoming the best coach and trainer possible. My wife and I have traveled the world to learn from the greatest minds in fitness, sports coaching, strength & conditioning, and longevity. I am honored to say that I have had the privilege to work with operators and physical trainers from some of the world's most elite Special Forces, Special Operations, and Tactical Response teams. I now work with A type individuals looking to achieve their best ever health & fitness.
