About Yashita
I am a dedicated yoga practitioner with 5+ years of experience, inspired by the traditional roots of yoga from India. I have actively participated in several yoga competitions and have won prizes, which strengthened my discipline, posture accuracy, and presentation skills.
I have also guided and tutored many students informally, helping them build flexibility, confidence, and consistency in their practice. These experiences have helped me understand different body types, comfort levels, and learning speeds.
My teaching style is calm, supportive, and personalized. I focus on creating a comfortable environment where students of all age groups can learn safely, progress steadily, and make yoga a practical part of their daily lifestyle.
Available for international online sessions across different time zones. (Based in India)
