About Etta
I am an experienced Singing tutor with 16 years of expertise in helping students achieve their musical goals. I teach Singing to School students, College students, and Working Professionals, offering lessons that are tailored to individual learning needs and aspirations.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and continuous improvement. I understand that every student learns differently, so I create personalised lesson plans that match their abilities and objectives. This approach helps students build confidence while developing strong vocal skills.
My lessons focus on breath support, vocal control, pitch accuracy, rhythm training, vocal expression, and stage presence. I use practical exercises, performance activities, and song-based learning to make lessons both enjoyable and effective. Students are encouraged to participate actively and take ownership of their progress.
Along with Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Coaching, and Music Appreciation. These complementary subjects help students gain a deeper understanding of music and enhance their overall performance abilities. I also guide students on maintaining vocal health and developing effective practice habits.
I am passionate about helping students discover their unique voices and express themselves through music. My goal is to create an inspiring learning experience that encourages creativity, confidence, and lifelong musical growth.

My Singing methodology combines flexibility, creativity, understanding, and time management to provide students with a complete and rewarding learning experience. I aim to help students strengthen their voices, improve their musical skills, and develop confidence in their performances.
Every student has unique learning needs, so I create personalised lesson plans that support their goals and interests. I adapt my teaching style to ensure students remain motivated and challenged appropriately.
Creativity is incorporated into lessons through interactive exercises, song projects, listening practice, and performance-based activities. These methods help students stay engaged while developing important vocal skills.
Students learn breath control, vocal technique, pitch accuracy, rhythm, articulation, tone quality, and expressive performance. Lessons emphasise practical application and consistent improvement.
Understanding and encouragement are central to my teaching approach. I strive to create a positive atmosphere where students feel supported and motivated to achieve their goals.
Time management ensures that each lesson is focused and productive. Classes are organised with clear objectives and structured activities that maximise learning opportunities.
I also teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Care, Performance Coaching, and Sight Singing. My goal is to help students become confident singers with strong technical foundations and artistic confidence.
