About Nicole
Hey there! I’m excited to get to know all of you! I absolutely love being outside—whether it’s hiking, playing sports, or just soaking up the sunshine, you’ll often find me enjoying nature. When I’m not outdoors, I’m likely listening to music or keeping up with the latest trends. I believe that staying connected to what’s popular helps us relate to each other and have fun in our learning!
One of my favorite hobbies is riding roller coasters—I’m a total enthusiast! There’s nothing like the thrill of a great ride, and I love sharing that excitement with others.
I also believe that learning should be fun, which is why my students often tell me how much they enjoy the silly games we play in class. It’s all about making our time together memorable while we learn and grow. I can’t wait to embark on this journey with all of you!

As a dedicated tutor, my approach is centered around creating a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each student’s individual needs. I believe in using a variety of teaching methods and techniques, including hands-on activities, visual aids, and real-world applications, to help students grasp complex concepts and build confidence.
A typical lesson plan begins with a brief assessment of the student’s current understanding and specific challenges. I then outline clear, achievable learning objectives for the session. Throughout the lesson, I incorporate interactive elements to keep students engaged, whether through group discussions, problem-solving exercises, or individualized practice. I also emphasize the importance of reflection, encouraging students to discuss what strategies worked best for them.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my extensive background in special education, allowing me to implement tailored accommodations and strategies that cater to diverse learning styles. My experience spans from kindergarten through 12th grade, making me well-equipped to support students at various educational levels, including those with learning disabilities or who struggle in traditional classroom settings.
My lessons are designed for students of all ages, from young learners in elementary school to high school students preparing for exams or seeking additional help in specific subjects. I am committed to fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere where every student feels empowered to succeed.
