About Tayara
I am an experienced Piano tutor with 9 years of teaching and professional music experience. I teach piano to school and college students and aim to make music education meaningful and inspiring.
Throughout my journey, I have achieved milestones such as helping students overcome stage fear and perform confidently. These moments strengthened my passion for education.
My lessons focus on posture, finger movement, rhythm, and music reading. I also teach basic music theory so students understand music clearly.
I believe piano learning supports creativity, discipline, and emotional balance. Watching students grow into confident musicians is the most rewarding part of my work.
My teaching style is patient, calm, and student-focused. I guide students at their own pace and help them achieve their musical goals.

I take a comprehensive and student-focused approach to teaching piano, balancing technique, creativity, and real-life application. I emphasise communication, making sure students clearly understand music theory, hand technique, rhythm, and expressive performance. Lessons are tailored to the student’s learning style, whether visual, auditory, or hands-on, to ensure that learning is effective, interactive, and enjoyable.
I incorporate real-life examples and case studies, such as performing favourite songs, analysing classical compositions, and showing how music is applied in films and daily life.
Alongside piano, I teach sight-reading, music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, improvisation, and beginner composition, giving students a well-rounded musical education.
My methodology fosters technical skill, creativity, confidence, and a deep appreciation for music, helping students enjoy their musical journey and reach their full potential as pianists.
