About Moesha
I am currently a law student and my side hobby is fitness and exercise training, both on and off campus. When I realised how unhappy my brother was with himself, as an older sister I wanted to help him and so I dedicated a lot of my time towards helping him grow under the aspect of fitness and exercise and seeing the impact of the results first hand was the birth of my passion in fitness training

From a young age I realised how much I love bringing people towards the better version of themselves. I noticed this when I hade to help my younger brother get back into shape.
Training someone to be fit goes beyond pushing them physically , it takes certain skills ,from experience, to help someone build a healthy habit that they’re dedicated to and that’s what I’m here for.
