About Jon
I have been tutoring peers for the past few years, and many have recommended me to use my skill to earn some money while helping others! I have over 7 years of experience in advanced math courses and two years of chemistry.
I am comfortable tutoring young kids from age 6 up until Juniors in Algebra 2 (or Geometry). I'll gladly help someone with Chemistry. In addition, I have 3.5 years of experience with the German language and can provide assistance with the first two or so years if needed!

When tutoring, I focus on areas of the study which my students struggle with. By understanding weaknesses, the student has the greatest opportunity to succeed in their studies. I prefer to evaluate my student's skill level by looking at his or her previous performance, allowing me to help them in the most efficient way!

If you're having trouble grasping some concepts, Jon is really great at breaking things down to an understandable level. As a friend of Jon's, he's one of the only people who I go to for help with my schoolwork.
I'm on the Math Team with Jon, the captain. Many times, Jon has stopped what he was doing so he could help me understand the mathematical concepts before each meeting. I'm really glad that Jon has guided me through some of the more challenging aspects of math.
