Hello! I’m Chandan, a passionate and dedicated fitness trainer committed to helping people discover their strength, confidence, and potential through fitness. My mission is to make every session not just about exercise, but about personal growth and lasting transformation. Over the years, I’ve guided individuals of all ages and fitness levels—beginners taking their first steps, students balancing studies with health goals, and adults aiming to rebuild strength and endurance. Mind–body connection: emphasizing breathing techniques and mental focus during workouts.

Personalized routines: customizing workout plans based on fitness goals—whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or general wellness.

Usual Structure of a Class

Each session typically includes:

Warm-up (5–10 mins) – to prepare muscles and prevent injuries.

Main workout (30–40 mins) – a mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility training.

Cool-down and stretching (5–10 mins) – to relax the body and enhance recovery.

Short discussion – reviewing progress and setting goals for the next session.
