About Mfundiso
I am a qualified teacher who did psychology modules. I teach life orientation in grade 10-12 so as a teacher it's my duty to deal with different learners and learn their psychological status so stress is one of my favourite chapters because during adolescent stage most of my learners find themselves being stressed by little things. Sometimes they involved themselves in love life then ended up on hurted . Others have family issues. .many things happened. Here I'm using different methods as you know that as teachers we are dealing with different learners. I used questions and answer where I asked them questions to get their previous knowledge or give them topic to discuss with to check f they are all participarting showing that they are good.i also use their books and other sources of information to make sure they get enough
