About Bokun
I studied physics at UCL, and started working as a data scientist for global companies. My experience from a non-coding STEM background gave me an edge in terms of understanding how students think, as I did not learn to code being taught at school but went through the learning process largely by myself. I improved a lot on my learning skills in the process and I intend to pass this on to my students.

As someone who has worked in the industry for 5+ years for global companies developing AI and more recently, genAI applications, I have a passion for teaching students and seeing them improve their skillset through real practical examples. I also believe learning Python is not just about learning a programming language, it's about learning the things it can do and also all related technologies that data scientists work with in day-to-day work life.
If you are someone who aims to learn Python to potentially break into the industry, I will be able to offer my experience of what it's like working as a data scientist for a company and all skill sets required to do so.
