About Millen
I am a University of British Columbia Okanagan graduate with a major in Analytical Chemistry and a minor in Economics. I currently work at Manulife as a Data & Process Analyst, where I apply structured problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement in a professional, real-world environment. I hold Lean Six Sigma and ITIL certifications, which reflect my strong foundation in analytical thinking, efficiency, and clear communication.
As a tutor, I focus on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps and tailoring my approach to each student’s learning style. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but to build confidence, critical thinking skills, and long-term understanding.
