About Ina
I've been a teacher for as long as I can remember. As a child, he always found a way to teach each colleague what he had difficulty with. When I was a teenager, I got the taste and went to give private tutoring. I didn't stop there and every new activity I learned, I found myself studying various points of view, various details to teach someone. Teaching is definitely my hyperfocus!
When I started body activities, right away I worried about the details of the exercises and thought about his step by step, imagining and detailing the health of the body in the execution and post execution. I got a taste for the body, anatomy was my favorite subject in college. Being able to study dance and the circus allowed me to go deeper into the movement itself, in addition to different loads, intensities and the subtle and lovely part of the diversity of bodies, minds and personas that move.
